About The Position

The Salesforce/nCino Administrator is responsible for help with the planning, development, and ongoing deployment of the nCino Loan origination system and Salesforce platform, as well as troubleshooting issues on behalf of all users. This role will be helping to developing, maintaining, and improving the processes, efficiency, and user adoption of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of proven technical experience in Salesforce/Force.com administrator
  • nCino Administrator Certification strongly preferred
  • General lending knowledge encompassing a wide range of loan types, including CRE, C&I and construction lending, and basic knowledge of SBA and consumer lending, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of web services and integration methods
  • Hands on experience Salesforce Reports and dashboards
  • Understand agile concepts and willingness to support ITIL process
  • FIS or FiServe Financial system background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists in providing support to the nCino user base around day-to-day activities including configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform.
  • Help identifies, diagnoses and resolves end user problems in an effective manner.
  • Help supports Salesforce platform's user security issue, apply best practices to setup security profiles and permissions sets for all users.
  • Help builds, tests and deploys enhancements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.
  • Help performs intermittent application testing of new nCino releases and internal organizational changes.
  • Participates in future conversions and configurations planned for the Bank as part of our roadmap.
  • Assists in the develops training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up to date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees.
  • Assist in communicating change management for the system.
  • Help Identifies opportunities to leverage the applications to support additional business intelligence, processes improvements and efficiencies and new functionalities.
  • All other duties as assigned.
