You are confident in your expertise, enthusiastic in your approach, and focused on driving customer success. You will also play a client-facing role, clearly articulating your work, walking stakeholders through solutions, and demonstrating the value of what's been built both through presentations and conversations.

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer and/or MuleSoft Developer in a consulting capacity
  • Strong understanding of how Salesforce and MuleSoft integrate into our client's broader enterprise technology landscape
  • Hands-on experience across full implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Deep experience in at least two Salesforce clouds (Datacloud, Core, Experience, and Industry Clouds)
  • Strong development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch/Scheduled classes, and modern frameworks like Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Proven experience designing and building API integrations using MuleSoft, including REST/SOAP services and DataWeave transformations
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principals, integration patterns, and scalable system design
  • Experience working within formal SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Familiarity with DevOps and development tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Salesforce DX
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical and organizational environments
  • Confident, highly communicative, and comfortable in client-facing environments, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance integrations with client and vendor APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, architecture, and implementation for Salesforce and integration projects
  • Utilize object-oriented programming principals and design patterns to develop scalable Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions

  • Perform data migration and transformation using Salesforce-approved tools and MuleSoft capabilities
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to design and manage complex workflows, validations, triggers, and process automation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues across environments
  • Create clear client-facing documentation, including solution design, “as-built” documentation, and user support materials
