About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 2-5 years of professional experience to join our creative and fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who excels in audience segmentation, email marketing campaign execution, and marketing automation. The specialist will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and drive campaign performance. This role pays an annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Customer Data Platform (PILYTIX Audience Builder experience, a plus) for creating segmented customer audiences.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of entry, exit, and trigger criteria, as well as mapping in email marketing automation, to optimize customer journeys, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Email Studio, Ad Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SQL and AMPscript for advanced audience segmentation and personalization is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights to improve performance.
  • Experience creating email content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; always a team player and carries a positive and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage targeted audience segments using Customer Data Platform (eg. PILYTIX Audience Builder) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and execute successful email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Journey Builder to create and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple channels (email, mobile, socials).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to optimize future email marketing strategies.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Studio to automate marketing workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct QA tests on email content to enhance campaign performance and ensure high deliverability metrics; has experience with email testing platforms (Email On Acid, NeverBounce, etc).
  • Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices.
