About The Position
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect at ListEngage, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them from their previous email service providers or home-grown systems to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will conduct audits of existing SFMC accounts to ensure that clients are maximizing their investment in Salesforce. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will be crucial as you address their ongoing and evolving SFMC needs. As a thought leader and technical subject matter expert, you will champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to enhance efficiency across projects. Your responsibilities will also include serving as a technical team leader for both US-based and international project teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You will produce blueprints and documentation to facilitate the understanding of existing architecture solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
