About The Position

As a Salesforce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic implementation, optimization, and management of Salesforce solutions within CommonSail Investment Group. You will serve as a working manager, balancing leadership and technical responsibilities equally in your day to day. In addition to overseeing Salesforce initiatives, you will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of Salesforce professionals, ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce capabilities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Design, build, configure and deliver scalable, secure, and strategic Salesforce solutions that align business needs with platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for Salesforce implementation, optimization, and integration with other systems.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs to educate users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features.
  • Oversee data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, migration, and integration.
  • Implement monitoring tools and metrics to track the performance and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on Salesforce initiatives, gather feedback, and address concerns.
