The Salesforce Manager will oversee the configuration and development of the company's Salesforce.com implementation, manage the user base, ensure data hygiene, build accurate reports, optimize flows and views, create Salesforce interface solutions, identify critical needs and feature enhancements, and train end users on proper use and best practices. This role will work closely with the Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Sales teams ensuring that we are optimizing our environment to best support the operational tasks of each team. Continually fostering an environment of innovation through vendor relationships, data integrations, and process improvements that position us as leaders in this space.
