About The Position

Cognizant is seeking a candidate with 8+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. The candidate will work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the team to implement technical solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning components, Apex, Flows, Security, and Sales Cloud. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado. The position involves developing high-level designs for business requirements and creating prototypes to demonstrate solution designs. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs, and possess strong working knowledge in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM. Excellent planning, organization, time management, and communication skills are essential. Certification in Salesforce PD1, PD2, App Builder, and Sales/Service Cloud consultant is an added advantage.

Requirements
