About The Position

The Salesforce Loyalty Management Lead at Accenture is responsible for leading and facilitating discovery and scoping sessions with travel clients, managing client expectations, and providing architectural oversight throughout project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to design effective solutions and mentor junior team members in best practices related to Salesforce and project management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in solutioning, discovery, business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com is required.
  • Experience supporting Loyalty Management/Travel clients or working within the Loyalty Management/Travel Industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with travel clients.
  • Define optimal project scope and expectations considering client business processes and constraints.
  • Create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Design solutions using past experiences and creative thinking, offering multiple potential solutions.
  • Coordinate with Technical Architects, integration, and data consultants for specific technical design requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on third-party applications.
  • Manage expectations with clients and Accenture colleagues, influencing towards successful outcomes.
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
  • Own the solution and provide architectural oversight throughout the project.
  • Guide project teams on implementation approaches and complex configuration issues.
  • Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to ensure alignment with original scope.
  • Develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders with the project team.
  • Participate in project status meetings as requested by the Delivery Lead/Project Manager.
  • Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for future phases.
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization.
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
  • Maintain and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
  • Mentor junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices.
