The Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant role at Accenture involves working closely with clients to analyze their business practices and customize Loyalty Management solutions on the Force.com platform.   • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
  • Customize Loyalty Management solutions using the Force.com platform.
  • Develop a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
  • Estimate work effort, lead project scoping, and determine required resources.
  • Set realistic schedules and build accurate communication and governance plans.
  • Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information.
  • Document Loyalty Management data modeling and architecture.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Loyalty Management clients.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Loyalty Management requirements gathering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of functional experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
  • Adaptable to a multifaceted work environment and creative within a team.
  • Experience in working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Understanding of integrations, single sign-on, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools a huge plus).
  • Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.
