The Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant role at Accenture involves working closely with clients to analyze their business practices and customize Loyalty Management solutions on the Force.com platform. The consultant is responsible for developing strategic visions for projects, maintaining effective client relations, and ensuring timely delivery of quality work. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
  • Customize Loyalty Management solutions using the Force.com platform.
  • Own the development of a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
  • Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, and lead project scoping.
  • Determine required resources, set realistic schedules, and build communication and governance plans.
  • Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information with a focus on stakeholder impact.
  • Document Loyalty Management data modeling and architecture.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Loyalty Management clients.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Loyalty Management requirements gathering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of functional experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
  • Adaptability to a multifaceted work environment and creativity within a team.
  • Experience in working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Understanding of integrations, single sign-on, and security (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.
