About The Position

The Salesforce Life Sciences Technical Consultant at Accenture is responsible for analyzing client requirements and crafting tailored solutions using the Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with project teams, maintaining effective client relations, and delivering quality work on time. The consultant will also document data modeling and architecture while developing customizations within Salesforce clouds.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Life Sciences Clients.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Clouds.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience developing Salesforce Cloud customizations (AMPScript, SQL, Scripts).
• A minimum of 2 years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
• A minimum of 2 years of exposure to integrations, defining and executing data migrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio.
• Knowledgeable in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM or Digital Marketing engagement.
• Demonstrate superb communication and presentation skills.
• Possess a combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
• Adaptable to a multifaceted work environment and be creative within a team.
• Salesforce certified (Marketing Cloud Email Studio Specialist, Admin).
• Experienced in working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Understand the basics of integrations, single sign, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools a huge plus).
• Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
• Define needs and customize marketing solutions using the Force.com platform.
• Own the development of a strategic vision for projects and ensure its adoption.
• Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, and lead project scoping.
• Determine required resources, set a realistic schedule, and build communication and governance plans.
• Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information with stakeholder impact in mind.
• Document Salesforce Cloud data modeling and architecture, including data extension modeling.
• Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations utilizing Salesforce clouds.
