We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable solutions within our enterprise healthcare systems. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a technical leader focused on modernizing legacy systems and driving the strategic use of the Salesforce platform across the organization. Lead the integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and governance. You will collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver secure, high-performance enterprise-grade solutions that enhance healthcare services, patient engagement and care management. This position is ideal for a candidate who combines hands-on Salesforce development experience with architectural vision and a passion for transforming enterprise systems.
