About The Position

Summary: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, coding, debugging, testing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud applications, as well as integrating third-party vendor software. You will provide both functional and technical support, collaborate with departmental resources, and drive new business process implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.
• 5+ years of general application development and support experience.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps toolset.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience in an agile environment using tools like Jira.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of general application development and support experience.
• 4 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II Certifications.
• Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.
• Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems.
• Strong team-building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages for compatibility with existing systems.
• Research and understand the setup and functionality of available software modules, recommending process changes for better utilization.
• Assist in planning and modifying Salesforce configurations in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.
• Design UI and workflows according to business needs.
• Analyze, design, and develop code for system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs.
• Convert logical designs into program code and participate in code reviews.
• Serve as a resource and provide escalation assistance to entry-level developers.
• Provide daily support to end-users with system issues and perform debugging tasks.
• Coordinate communication between departments for seamless application functionality.
• Develop and conduct system and program testing, ensuring necessary code revisions are made.
• Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals for program development documentation.
• Participate in Agile Project Management activities, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Provide on-call support and perform other assigned duties.
