The Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst at Accenture plays a crucial role in connecting with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects while delivering quality work on time. The analyst will work closely with project teams, architects, and developers to transform client needs into functional requirements and oversee the training of new users.

  • Connect regularly with clients throughout each project to gather business and functional requirements.
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
  • Build training materials to train new users in Salesforce and other applications.
  • Identify and log requirements to create, test, and launch the CRM solution.
  • Evaluate information from various sources, resolving inconsistencies and breaking down high-level information into details.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation.
  • Supervise data quality and integrity in platform applications with Salesforce Administrator and functional managers.
  • Configure Users, Profiles, Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and List views.
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system), training/training materials, and project management.
  • A minimum of 2 years working as a Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder (minimum 2 years).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation.
  • Experience with Health Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associate's Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience.
