About The Position

The Salesforce FSC Tech Lead at Cognizant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable business solutions within Salesforce CRM. This role involves collaborating with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience in Salesforce, particularly in Apex programming, Lightning components, and API integrations, while also demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on development experience in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs.
• Familiarity with source control and release management tools like GitHub and Copado.
• Experience with Salesforce Vlocity (Omnistudio), Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures is a plus.
• Certification in Salesforce Admin and PD1; FSC certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Exposure to Salesforce Vlocity features like Flexcards and Omniscript.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Drive the team to implement technical solutions based on gathered requirements.
• Write Apex programming, develop Lightning components, and create Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using REST APIs.
• Develop high-level designs for business requirements and create prototypes to demonstrate solutions.
• Utilize source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado.
