The Salesforce Financial Services Functional Lead (Field Service Cloud) at Accenture is responsible for leading and facilitating discovery and scoping sessions with clients in the financial services sector. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to define project scope, manage client expectations, and provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs while ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients.
  • Define optimal project scope and expectations considering client constraints.
  • Create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Design solutions incorporating past experiences and creative thinking.
  • Coordinate with Technical Architects and other consultants for technical design requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on third-party applications.
  • Manage expectations with clients and Accenture colleagues.
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
  • Own the solution and provide architectural oversight throughout the project.
  • Guide project teams on implementation approaches and complex configuration issues.
  • Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to ensure alignment with original scope.
  • Develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders.
  • Participate in project status meetings as requested.
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization.
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
  • Maintain communication with the customer throughout each project.
  • Mentor junior team members in business analysis and Salesforce best practices.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Financial Services clients.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Field Service.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery, business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • If holding an Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience.
