About The Position

The Salesforce Field Service Architect will take a leading role in Salesforce implementation projects, demonstrating strong client exposure and responsibility for technical solutions on bids and engagements. This role involves actively contributing to internal knowledge development, coaching teams, and operating at a director level within major client organizations. The architect is expected to be a subject matter expert, familiar with future developments in various applications and technologies, and experienced in business transformation, managing business objectives, and translating requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience with Salesforce implementation projects
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Architect for at least (1) Salesforce Field Service implementation project
  • Experience delivering green-field Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service implementation projects
  • Familiar with planning and delivering Salesforce solutions using Agile methodology
  • Capable of leading client business requirement and technical requirement definition workshops for Automotive or Manufacturing clients
  • Excellent verbal, reading, and writing communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
  • Experienced in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, WSDL & SOAP
  • Experience in using SOQL, Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, Lightning components for UI, Visual Workflows, Salesforce communities
  • Familiarity with business transformation
  • Experience managing business objectives and requirements to technical solution

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • Experience with Salesforce Asset Management features and data objects
  • SF Field Service Mobile Implementation Experience

Responsibilities
