About The Position

Job Description• Manage and maintain customer accounts and maintain a portfolio or book of business• Negotiate contracts, billing rates and execute SOWs• Identify business beyond the service line and involve other towers to engage with the client• Ultimately responsible for delivery excellence and client satisfaction while making accounts profitable• Required:• 14-20 years' experience delivering large enterprise grade software implementation projects• 8-10 years' experience delivering eCommerce and Digital Transformation projects• Manage multiple client accounts as a portfolio and maintain a book of business• Completely responsible for revenue generation, project financials, processing change orders and SOWs for current portfolio• Stand up project teams in different international locations and create processes and communication plans to ensure successful delivery• Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and challenges and ensure complete client satisfaction• Make presentations to executive stakeholders and Steering Committee• Work closely with different service lines to present a united front and a unified solution to the client as one Capgemini offering• Own and deliver RFPs and SOWs to get new business• Contribute to the practice by improving processes and delivery excellence• Preferred:• Core consulting skills for a client facing role including communications, professionalism, meeting facilitation, and MS Office tools.• Understanding business process flows and helping identify and solve client business needs through creative solutioning• Work collaboratively with teams across the globe• Working knowledge of ERP systems and other backend systems that drive eCommerce applications

Requirements
