About The Position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity As part of the Salesforce Consulting Generalist team, you lead the development of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • One or more of the following Certifications: Salesforce.com certifications: Salesforce.com Administrator, Developer, or Sales/Service Consultant preferred
  • Being a thought leader in Salesforce technology solutions
  • Experience in CRM technologies and platform-based applications
  • Leadership in developing client proposals and business development
  • Demonstrating proficiency in software configuration and coding in Salesforce.com
  • Exhibiting proficiency in third-party integrations and system functionality
