You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s success. | WHAT YOU GET TO DO You lead the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate’s CRM system You work closely with the sales and customer support teams to optimize the Salesforce experience and troubleshoot any issues arising from day-to-day operations You work closely with software engineers on the Slate Digital team to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other Slate systems. You own end-to-end quality of your Salesforce solutions: from code to test to integration to deploy to support. You relentlessly simplify, demonstrating significant innovation, creativity, and judgement when solving challenging problems. You are considered an authority on Salesforce solutions by the technical and business community and are frequently consulted for making difficult trade-off decisions. You drive awareness about the impact and consequences of technical decisions on the business, balancing technical leadership with strong business judgment to make the right long-term decisions about technology choices. You assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
