The Primary purpose is to manage and utilize Salesforce software development in the manner which provides the business the greatest return on investment.

  • Review and provide best practices for implementation of software development.
  • Set-up and configure new Salesforce instances.
  • Define and set up contact information within Salesforce.
  • Define reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Execute reports and dashboard configurations.
  • Develop workflow automation utilizing process builders.
  • Configure data integration with the AS400 system.
  • Works closely with Inside Sales personnel regarding product knowledge and sales instances.
  • Project management.
  • Bachelor's degree of a minimum of 5 years of US working experience
  • Hands-on experience in the configuration of Salesforce modules to enable business functions
  • Working experience in the Salesforce administration module
  • Proficient in Salesforce database.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Experience working directly with client resources, either internally or externally.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective, creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
