About The Position

The Salesforce Developer</b> is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions on the Salesforce platform to support agency operations. This role analyzes business requirements, studies systems flow and data usage, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver secure, high -performance applications. Working within an Agile (Scrum) team, the developer participates in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. The position requires hands -on programming experience in Salesforce technologies and supports applications across multiple environments. On -call support and collaboration with cross -functional team members are essential components of this role.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience developing in Salesforce, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • 8 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions using configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • 8 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management.
  • 8 years of experience assessing Salesforce architecture and delivering secure, high -performance solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • 8 years of experience with end -to -end Salesforce implementations, including classic -to -lightning upgrades, data migrations, systems integrations, third -party applications, and custom development.
  • 8 years of experience implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth for third -party integrations.
  • 8 years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with cloud -based and on -premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of experience with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Flosum and Git.
  • 2 years of experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • 2 years of experience working in Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
  • Develop and configure no -code and low -code solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and complete deliverables according to the team’s definition of done.
  • Perform coding, unit testing, peer reviews, and documentation in alignment with SDLC standards and change control processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third -party and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
  • Lead or support classic -to -lightning upgrades, data migrations, and third -party application integrations.
  • Conduct defect root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support solution delivery and ongoing operations.
  • Provide on -call and after -hours support as required.
