  • Custom Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex programming, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
  • CRM & Field Service Management: Configure, customize, and enhance CRM and Field Service App (FSM) modules to support operational workflows and improve user efficiency.
  • Portal & Feature Design: Build and maintain custom portals and advanced Salesforce features that meet evolving business and customer needs.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and platform stability.
  • System Architecture & Best Practices: Apply Salesforce best practices in data modeling, integration, and security to maintain a high-performing, compliant environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure reliability, maintainability, and consistency across Salesforce components.
  • Problem Solving & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex issues, identify process improvement opportunities, and deliver efficient, well-documented solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to align development initiatives with broader business strategies and priorities.
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support during the candidate pre-filtering and onboarding process for future developer roles.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current on new Salesforce technologies, tools, and trends to proactively recommend and implement enhancements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including proven work with Sales Cloud, Field Service Cloud (FSL), and Experience Cloud (Communities) implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
  • System Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD).
  • CRM & Systems Expertise: Demonstrated ability to configure and develop Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Technical Agility: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, admins, and developers, to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
