Requirements

  • 5+ years of experiencia in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Mastery: Proven experience with Email Studio, MobileConnect, and Journey Builder .
  • Transactional Messaging: Deep understanding of Triggered Sends and API-driven communications.
  • Data Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and the ability to architect complex Data Extensions.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content rendering based on incoming data payloads.
  • Integration Experience: Prior experience working with data feeds from SAP or Salesforce Order Management (SOM) is highly preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to align triggers and timing to ensure the customer receives the right message at the exact moment an order status changes.
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce-based enterprise solutions.
  • Enhance Sales, Client Service, and Marketing functions through custom Salesforce development.
  • Utilize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Salesforce Declarative tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate on CI/CD processes and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
