About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer in the United States.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. You will work on complex integrations, Lightning components, and Apex development, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, and contribute to DevOps and data migration initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning Design System, and modern web technologies, along with certifications that demonstrate mastery of the platform. This role empowers you to take ownership of deliverables, apply innovative solutions, and make a direct impact on system performance and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC/Aura, VisualForce, and batch processes
• Strong understanding of OOAD, database design, SDLC, and Salesforce architecture
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), REST APIs, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) required
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Git-based workflows, and data migration tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality deliverables
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish mandatory
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving environments, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline; Master’s is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Java, JavaScript, VisualForce, LWC/Aura, and batch processes
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and other Salesforce APIs
• Implement Salesforce Lightning components following SLDS guidelines
• Perform data migrations using Data Loader and manage database operations with SQL/SOQL
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, code quality standards, and technical best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce applications
• Contribute to DevOps workflows using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based systems
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, requirements, and technical recommendations
