We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development to drive the evolution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our global customer base with efficiency and innovation. You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, directly impacting our ability to continue growing and leading the world in smart, sustainable water solutions. You will: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers. Manage the Salesforce environment, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring optimal performance. Support and enhance the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud. Manage and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt and improve system performance. Partner with Salesforce administrators, external developers, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding. Report directly to the CRM Manager. Collaborate closely with the technical team and business stakeholders. Participate in agile development cycles with monthly sprint planning and weekly production releases. Identify and implement continuous improvements/new features to the platform.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience in a professional environment.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer) are a strong plus.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce platform features, configuration options, and data management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, declarative tools, and automation best practices.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support global business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Field Service and Experience Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Data 360 and Agentforce is a bonus.
