The Salesforce Developer will deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce services in support of the client's company mission. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and documenting scalable business solutions on the Salesforce platform. The developer will recommend alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates while collaborating with other team members and participating in design sessions. Responsibilities also include conducting unit, integration, and performance testing, working closely with users for user acceptance testing, analyzing and mitigating bugs and issues, and participating in design and code reviews. The developer will propose creative, highly innovative solutions, provide support in fulfilling service requests, support release planning and deployment, maintain system KPIs to track trends in usage and data integrity, help ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and keep up with current technology trends. Additionally, the developer will assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing.
