The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, customizing, and integrating cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that power our core business operations.

  • Design and develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce, Lightning Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Write efficient and scalable Apex classes and triggers following Salesforce best practices
  • Use automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Einstein Orchestrator to streamline business processes
  • Integrate Salesforce with critical systems like DocuSign via Salesforce APIs
  • Collaborate with IT and other developers to ensure seamless system integration
  • Maintain thorough code documentation and develop test classes for all custom code
  • Manage release cycles and deployments using DevOps tools like Copado
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting internal users
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving Salesforce technologies and industry best practices
  • Create and execute robust test plans to ensure solution stability and performance
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability in your work schedule
  • Proven experience developing on the Salesforce Platform
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Components
  • Familiarity with Salesforce automation and integration tools
  • Experience using DevOps tools (Copado preferred) for release management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus
