About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong background in API integration, CI/CD processes, and proficiency in using GitHub. Familiarity with Flowsum is a plus. The Salesforce Developer II will be responsible for developing, configuring, and deploying custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Proficient in using GitHub for version control.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products, such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and more.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure smooth and efficient code deployment.
• Use GitHub for version control, ensuring code integrity, version management, and collaboration with other developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and user guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance the Salesforce environment.
