About The Position

About The Team: The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik. Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures. What you’ll do: Provide day to day Salesforce support/bugfix to our end users The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud The primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours Support end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs and dashboards Ability to do Unit Testing for bug fixes Monitor and maintain the ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream applications Working experience with third-parties to provide technical support, research, troubleshooting and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases, customizations and integrations Collaborate with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system related issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development/admin
  • Experience in Sales and Service cloud
  • Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira
  • Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc.
  • Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
  • Good communication skill to work with global team
  • Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA
  • Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in backend JavaScript is plus
  • SOX or ITGC’s experience preferred
