The Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning and Innovation (CETLI) promotes teaching excellence and innovation at the University of Pennsylvania. Part of CETLI's core mission is to bolster the people, processes, and technological infrastructure needed to make possible outstanding teaching on or beyond Penn's campus. CETLI's Online Learning Platform (the Platform) provides the infrastructure and support that allows several of Penn's schools to reach online learning across the globe. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with CETLI's Platform Technology Manager and Business Analyst to manage the Platform, an interactive, e-Commerce platform that enables external users to discover all of Penn's online offerings (for-credit and non-credit) in one branded site and provides registration, payment, or application support to over 60 non-credit programs across several Penn Schools. The Salesforce developer will support integrations, implement feature development in support of changing business needs, promote system efficiency, and to keep up with innovation in higher education technology. This role will also act as a thought partner and technical expert, manage in-house Salesforce Apex and flows, and play a critical role in the implementation of a new iteration of the Platform in 2026. This is a fully remote position.
