About The Position
The Salesforce Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that Salesforce solutions drive business value and customer success. The individual will be primarily responsible for design, structure, and maintenance across several platforms including but not limited to - Salesforce - EFX4BIZ, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Integrations, Customer Portals, Customer Onboarding and Mulesoft. In order to be successful, the individual must be skilled at managing a diverse team of technical resources (Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, Developers and Architects), budgeting, and resource modeling, business case processes, leading project teams through all phases, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
