About The Position

The Salesforce Cross Industry Functional Manager - Marketing Cloud at Accenture is a leadership role focused on managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects across various industries. Requirements

• Experience supporting Marketing Cloud implementation in different industries.
• A minimum of 5 years experience implementing and/or running Salesforce Marketing Cloud client projects.
• A minimum of 5 years customer relationship management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in other industries such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Health, etc.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to accurately define needs and customize marketing cloud processes.
• Own the development of a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements, and ensure its adoption.
• Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, lead project scoping, determine required resources, set schedules, and build communication and governance plans.
• Maintain effective client relations and rapport, delivering timely and relevant information with a focus on project impact.
• Run workshops and work closely with clients to discuss business requirements and assess campaign impact/value.
• Lead the successful delivery of a Salesforce Industrial/Auto solution from a functional standpoint.
• Manage delivery schedules, keep the team on track, assess risk areas, and mitigate impacts to the program.
