About The Position

The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing in our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s power grid! Transform the everyday with us! We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst. This position is based in Wendell, NC., with remote opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Process Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Understanding of complex manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and use of Salesforce.com (CPQ, FSL are a plus).
  • Advanced experience in process diagraming using MS Visio or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com Experience Cloud.

  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
  • At least 2 years of Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digitalization projects that improve efficiency, drive results, and deliver an exceptional experience for internal and external customers.
  • Partner with business leaders, IT, and functional SMEs to translate strategic priorities into transformation roadmaps.
  • Guide projects from analysis through adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying and solving complex business challenges.
  • Lead small-to-medium projects and drive high-impact transformation initiatives.
  • Develop road maps, change management, and communication plans.
  • Improve and standardize processes, creating metrics to track efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research and analysis to address process gaps and data issues.
  • Build relationships across teams to influence decisions and ensure project success.
  • Promote process ownership and knowledge-sharing across functions.
  • Support delivery, agile, and risk management best practices.
  • Define and groom user stories, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement within Salesforce.com processes.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation for end users.
  • Assist in the maintenance of master data processes within Salesforce.com.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for users encountering issues with Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of multisystem integrations, predominately Salesforce.com & SAP.
  • Meet with business stakeholders to analyze and document existing processes.
