We have an excitinge new opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the design and optimization of our Salesforce CRM-based workflows and enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience across our global organization. This role will work closely with our Salesforce Development team, as well as cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex business processes in a multinational B2B enterprise environment and will proactively identify opportunities to integrate external systems and workflows into our CRM platform to promote collaboration and elevate customer service. Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and a background in Business Administration, IT, or related fields is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making is required, as is previous experience in Sales or Sales Operations is a strong plus, as is proficiency.
