Salesforce Functional Leadership: This position will be responsible for the functional requirement gathering and communication between the Salesforce internal stakeholders and the technical Salesforce team. Lead Planning and Requirements: Lead planning and requirements for functional business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Documentation and Communication: Document requirements through various methods such as process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and ultimately user stories. Communicate findings and needs to both business partners and development teams. Agile Project Experience: Lead the understanding, documenting, and articulating of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business partners and delivery teams; and collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and recommend solutions, building strong relationships and trust along the way. Business Process Design: Design business processes for high complexity objectives, ensuring they are effectively modeled and measured, driving business improvements. Solution Collaboration & Communication: Communicate and collaborate on solution capabilities with the Technical Lead, ensuring clarity and alignment. User Acceptance testing: Manage the user acceptance testing of functionality deployed in Salesforce.
