About The Position

Siri InfoSolutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with Field Services experience for a remote position lasting 12+ months. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, conducting workshops with clients, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. The analyst will lead project engagements, provide cross-functional leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, and drive end-to-end requirements gathering and validation. The position also includes mapping current Salesforce implementations, maintaining technical documentation, and presenting updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications including mockups, field definitions, custom objects, list views, reports, KPIs, and security needs.
  • Conducting in-person workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define technical requirements.
  • Partnering with technical teams to develop use cases, functional design documents, and user stories.
  • Leading Business Analysts and client teams through project engagements as required.
  • Collaborating with technical architects and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and requirements.
  • Providing cross-functional leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Driving end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation through production deployment.
  • Engaging with internal and external subject matter experts to clarify and validate business needs.
  • Working closely with technology and development teams to define and confirm business requirements and technical specifications for delivery.
  • Mapping current Salesforce implementations across departments and platforms.
  • Maintaining and updating the Technical Library, including COE SharePoint and Knowledge Base documentation.
  • Gathering and organizing architecture documents and technical guidelines across Salesforce organizations.
  • Compiling and publishing monthly Salesforce release updates.
  • Assessing business processes across internal organizations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Developing documentation such as problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
  • Presenting Salesforce overviews and COE roadmaps to Director- and VP-level leadership.
  • Acting as a key liaison between the business community and IT to design and deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.
  • Partnering with Business Owners to align technology solutions with overall business strategy.
  • Collaborating with Development teams to create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Supporting business case development, approval, and prioritization efforts while shaping IT's contribution.
  • Translating high-level business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications and managing subsequent changes.
  • Working with Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architects, and Business Owners to evaluate and select third-party tools and technology solutions.
  • Promoting the reuse of existing technology solutions across business units wherever practical.
