About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator with a strong background in Consumer, Retail, and Enterprise channel sales. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects, with a deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role requires hands-on experience in platform configuration, implementation, and a solid grasp of best practices in Salesforce. The candidate will be responsible for managing user access, creating custom objects, and implementing workflows to enhance business processes. Additionally, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management is essential for success in this position.
