About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator with a strong background in Consumer, Retail, and Enterprise channel sales. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects, with a deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role requires hands-on experience in platform configuration, user management, and the ability to implement solutions that meet business needs. The candidate should also be familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery models and have a solid foundation in project management and analysis.
