About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator with over 8 years of experience in leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel, and End customer sales, along with experience in sales operations, partner management, and enablement. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The candidate should be adept at implementation, with the ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, or integrations with external systems.
