About The Position
Salesforce BSA2 Requirements Elicitation: Facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders to uncover pain points and document business needs. Solution Design: Translating business requirements into technical user stories. Decide which features (like Flows, Validation Rules, or Custom Objects) will best meet the goals. Process Mapping: Creating visual "As-Is" and "To-Be" flowcharts to show how data and users will move through the system. Data Governance & Analysis: Managing data integrity, deduplication strategies, and ensuring that reporting/dashboards provide actionable insights for leadership. Testing & UAT: Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the build actually works for the end-user before it goes live. Change Management: Writing training manuals and conducting "train-the-trainer" sessions to ensure high system adoption.
