Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to create user stories, business process flows, wireframes, and detailed documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
