About The Position

Technical Skills: Salesforce platform expertise: Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs. Integration patterns: middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), ETL tools, web services. Data modeling, architecture design, and governance principles. Experience with CI/CD, version control, and release management. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, compliance, and performance optimization. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Lead-ership and mentoring capability. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ultimate Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

Requirements

10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3–5 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce in complex enterprise environments.
Proven track record of delivering integrated Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy.
Strategic thinking and enterprise-wide perspective.
Ability to handle high-complexity projects with multiple integrations.
Customer-focused mindset: ensuring Salesforce solutions drive business value.
Adaptability in a rapidly changing cloud environment.
3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources
