  • Provide architectural oversight of GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines, including branching strategies, metadata scoping, and deployment sequencing.
  • Ensure automation workflows align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with FedRAMP High, NIST, and public sector compliance requirements.
  • Support implementation of robust data security models, identity management, and audit mechanisms.
  • Participate in solution design reviews, architectural assessments, and release planning.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, reference models, and governance assets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in stakeholder discussions to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect credentials.
  • Proven success designing and implementing solutions in multi-org Salesforce environments.
  • Expert knowledge of unlocked packages, modular architecture, and metadata structure.
  • Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, GitLab, and CI/CD for Salesforce.
  • API and Integration strategies using MuleSoft and other middleware.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks: FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53, and public sector security models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven architectures.
  • Prior consulting experience with federal agencies or financial services.
  • Familiarity with EA tools and documentation frameworks (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, ArchiMate).

Benefits

  • Competitive salary above market rates.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
