Support Activities for Transportation

We seek a hands-on Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across a global footprint. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and doer—someone who thrives on solving complex challenges through technical design, seamless integration, and a sharp focus on business outcomes. You'll play a key role in large-scale Salesforce org consolidations, drive enterprise implementations, and ensure alignment across multiple business units and regions. This is a unique opportunity to lead global transformation efforts at scale.

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions—balancing enterprise standards with the flexibility to support regional needs.
  • Drive the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs into a unified global architecture, ensuring data integrity, streamlined processes, and system scalability.
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, billing, subscription management, and renewals automation.
  • Design and implement robust, secure integrations with external platforms such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), eCommerce systems, marketing automation, and customer portals using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
  • Lead complex data migration initiatives, including ETL planning, data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
  • Design and develop custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), and oversee development teams to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
  • Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define scalable solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Define and enforce global Salesforce governance, including performance monitoring, security compliance, and technical debt management.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams, promoting architectural standards, reusability, and platform best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, and other Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven success leading large-scale Salesforce multi-org consolidation and global transformation projects.
  • Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud).
  • Strong hands-on development skills and proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
  • Strong experience with DevOps and CI/CD for Salesforce (e.g., Github, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and enterprise program management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Global experience working with distributed teams and regional business units.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, integration frameworks, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
  • Solid background in data migration, large data volumes (LDV), and ETL processes.
  • Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications required.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Experience with Heroku, B2B/B2C Commerce, and external system architecture.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development tools.
  • Understanding of customer data platforms and digital marketing ecosystems.
