For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world’s most complex client challenges The Work: As a Salesforce Application Developer you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on high-quality code, scalability, and performance. The role requires extensive experience with Salesforce development and configuration tools and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Platforms in scope include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. As the Dev Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and support the other team developers, reviewing solutions for feasibility, assisting with story point assignments, defect management, and escalations. Strong communication skills are required. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Chesterbrook, PA or Nashville, TN. Due to client restrictions, this role will require US Citizenship.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role including proficiency in Apex, LWC components, Flows, and Configurations.
• Current Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ Admin
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
• US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and/or 2

Responsibilities
