About The Position

The Salesforce Administrator at Culture Amp will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing the Salesforce environment, particularly focusing on quote-to-cash processes. This position requires a passionate Salesforce professional with expertise in declarative development features and a strong understanding of stakeholder requirements to build scalable solutions. The role involves collaboration with various teams to support the application lifecycle and improve pricing and packaging workflows.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Salesforce and primarily CPQ expertise including knowledge of validation rules and automation.
• Experience with larger scale release management and dependency mapping exercises.
• Extensive experience with quote-to-cash and configure price quote (CPQ) functionality.
• Knowledge of agile philosophy and scrum methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• APEX knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with technical SFDC developers and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Be the in-house SFDC CPQ and Docusign CLM expert.
• Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into declaratively built technical solutions.
• Partner with existing Revenue Systems team members to improve Salesforce environments.
• Support large parts of the application lifecycle including technical architecture, development, maintenance, and support.
• Contribute to critical pricing and packaging workstreams.
