About The Position

The position involves supporting and encouraging others to uphold HCN’s Mission, Core Values, and Goals. The role is focused on improving business process efficiency and service excellence through organization-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing center surveys that correlate to these KPIs. The individual will build and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs, set up new users, manage permissions, and ensure appropriate access levels. Additionally, the role requires creating and customizing reports and dashboards to track business goals, automating workflows to save time and reduce errors, and providing training and ongoing support to drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce. Maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security, customizing fields, layouts, and workflows to align with business processes, and staying current on new Salesforce features, updates, and best practices are also essential aspects of the job.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration experience (required)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
  • Focus on creating user-friendly, human-centered experiences in Salesforce
  • Oversee and manage changes to business processes, technology, and people within Salesforce
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and automating workflows to improve efficiency
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce technology
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
