About The Position
TNTP is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for our Technology team. This position is based in a home office anywhere in the U.S. and is available immediately. The Salesforce Administrator will administer the technology stack used by our TNTP Teaching Fellows Sites to ensure we are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible. This includes configuring systems, supporting Fellow's program application launches, and troubleshooting issues. Salesforce is our primary platform, but you will be expected to work within a wide range of integrated systems, such as SurveyMonkeyApply, FormAssembly, Pardot, and SMS Magic. The Technology team is a dynamic group that provides services to over 800 TNTP staff working on over 40 contract sites across the country. We maintain a cloud-based infrastructure and a suite of enterprise-level systems of moderate to high complexity. The team works directly with internal clients to provide exceptional customer service, manages technology vendors, and mitigates risk. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will manage user setup, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports. You will also receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 end user help requests in a timely and accurate manner with high-quality customer service. Additionally, you will implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop and maintain internal and user documentation for Salesforce and other integrated platforms. You will also assist with the retirement of technical debt and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
