Salesforce Admin (No Developer) Location: Plano TX W2 Position Visa: USC/GC/H1 Transfer Job Duties User Management Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls. Provide support and training to end-users in the financial domain. Data Management Import, export, and maintain clean, consistent, and accurate client data. Handle data deduplication, data integrity checks, and regular data audits. Customization & Configuration Customize FSC-specific components such as Financial Accounts, Goals, Assets, and Liabilities. Configure page layouts, record types, custom fields, validation rules, and workflows to meet business needs. Process Automation Create and maintain automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Approval Processes. Automate tasks for financial advisors, relationship managers, and service agents. Security & Compliance Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations such as FINRA, SEC, and GDPR. Implement and monitor field-level security and encryption where required. Reports and Dashboards Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards for performance tracking and compliance. Create visual insights into client portfolios, financial goals, and engagement metrics. Integration & Support Work with APIs and AppExchange products to integrate with banking, wealth management, or insurance systems. Provide support during FSC upgrades, patch releases, and app installations. Documentation & Training Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials tailored to financial users. Conduct onboarding and refresher training for users across various financial departments. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with wealth managers, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements. Translate financial business needs into Salesforce capabilities and best practices. System Health & Maintenance Perform regular health checks, sandbox refreshes, and data backups. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant FSC enhancements.
